Conveyor Weigher Sealer

Conveyor: Designed for use with a Portsdown Hopper Feeder and similar feeders. Conveyor belt 400mm wide "gripfast" surface or as required - variable speed. 3 meters long.

Portsdown Depot Sealer: with vertical height adjustment. Will seal up to 100 gauge polythene; weld control to maintain quality of weld.

Bagging: directly into net weigh unit with tippler table to transfer filled bag to conveyor.

Weighing: 0-50 kg by load cell and display. Self-correcting for material in flight.

Platform: approx. 3 meters long with height adjustment. Manufactured from 2" box section.

Electrics: 240 volts 50 cycles single phase. Unit and components fully wired ready for use.

Operation: Weight selected on display panel and coarse and trickle speeds on control box. Start button depressed - feeder starts up until weight is reached in a few seconds. Filled bag is slid onto conveyor, which takes the bag to the sealer where it is automatically stopped by an electronic eye, sealed and restarted. On trial with an inexperienced operator, 5 bags per minute were achieved.
