The Portsdown Heavy Duty Bench Sealer (HDB) is an all-purpose Automatic Impulse Heat Sealer. The HDB can seal from light gauges of film to 1500 gauge polythene as well as a variety of other materials including laminates, poly lined paper etc.

Completely automatic operation, which can be initiated by manual jaw closure or footswitch.

Automatic operation controlled by adjustable weld, trim and cool cycle controls with LED light display.

Control unit designed for self-maintenance, all electrical functions isolated in Portsdown seal control module, making replacement easy for user.

Standard 26” by 6mm double impulse seal capable of sealing up to 1500 gauge materials.

Completely safe to use, twin solenoid detection means that fingers cannot be trapped or burnt in jaws.

Tensioned long life element.

Also available with a modification to allow for vacuum packing.
