Designed to reduce the physical effort of loading 25kg and 40kg bags onto pallet. The Conveyor Sealer model will produce 3,000 prepacks per day.

Portsdown now handle the filled and sealed prepacks at a reasonable height to comply with Health and Safety Lifting Regulations.

The bag is hand held with the base on a weigh platform for a few seconds while being automatically filled.

No bag clamp is required before filling and release afterwards. The filled bag is then moved on a conveyor to a bag sealer. An electronic eye automatically stops the conveyor for a sealing cycle.

After sealing the bag is at a comfortable height for loading onto pallet. The new unit comes complete with a Portsdown Sealer on an adjustable height structure, conveyor, load cell, weigh scales, electronic display and auto controls.

The conveyor system can be added to existing Portsdown Hoppers to comply with the new Health and Safety Regulations.
