Conveyor: Designed for use with a Portsdown Hopper Feeder and similar feeders. Conveyor belt 400mm wide "gripfast" surface or as required - variable speed. 3 meters long.

Saxon Hot Air Continuous Sealer: with vertical height adjustment. Will seal up to 1,000-gauge polythene.

Bagging: directly into net weigh unit with tippler table to transfer filled bag to conveyor.

Weighing: 0-40 kg by load cell and display. Self-correcting for material in flight.

Platform: approx. 3 meters long with height adjustment. Manufactured from 2" box section.

Electrics: 240 volts 50 cycles single phase. Unit and components fully wired ready for use.

Operation: Weight selected on display panel and coarse and trickle speeds on control box. Start button depressed - feeder starts up until weight is reached in a few seconds.
