This unit is designed to comply with Health and Safety Lifting Regulations, which restrict the height, at which 25kg sacks can be handles by an operator.

Lifting polythene sacks from low levels to place on the top row of a pallet can be hard work and is now prohibited.

The unit is approximately 1.6 metres long x 500mm x 600mm with adjustable height. The display unit comes with auto tare and cut off at the pre-selected weight and has large easy to read digits. Under or over filling is automatically adjusted.

Weighing is performed by an approved load cell located under the bag-filling platform. The weigh-scale is also a tilt table and bags are propelled onto a sliding trolley to take filled and weighed bags to the sealer station.

The bags are sealed with a Heavy Duty Portsdown Sack Sealer with automatic weld control.

The electrics can be supplied to the customer’s specification. The tabletop bagger can be single or three phase and can be customised to suit many hopper / feeder systems.
