Frame: Manufactured from 100mm x 5mm square tubing. 1400mm square 3700mm high unit with fork lift blade pockets for loading filled bags onto structure.

Pockets: 200mm x 100mm x 5mm mild steel.

Lifting Frame: 100mm x 70mm x 8mm angle.

Hopper Cone: Manufactured in Stainless Steel. 880mm x 920mm at top. 900mm high, 60 degree cone angle.

Hopper Plus Feeder: 1300mm high. Stainless steel Feeder 150mm wide 630mm long 100mm deep with gate control for feed rates. Driven by electro magnetic motor with coarse and variable trickle speed for accurate weighing by load cell.

Bench: 1000mm x 600mm x 950mm high manufactured from 40mm square x 3mm box section. Bench Top manufactured from 3mm plate.

Weighing and Display: Automatic tare, two speeds coarse and variable trickle. Bag resting on adjustable height table with 0-100kg load cell or as required.

Display: With all controls for operating the machine start, two set points, emergency stop.

Electrics: 240 volts 50 cycles single phase or as requested. Isolator, contactor, etc.

Painted: Undercoat and hammer finish green.
